Reviewed relationships, inspectable sources

ChainSourced records precise relationships between public entities, blockchain addresses and public accounts, including project domains and repository namespaces.

  1. We retain an exact primary-source artifact and its revision or fingerprint.
  2. Source-specific rights are reviewed before publication.
  3. An independent editorial review checks the exact address or account and the stated relationship.
  4. A reviewed release makes approved records available; withdrawals and expired rights hide affected output.

A deployment listing establishes the specific published relationship, not personal wallet ownership, current control, endorsement, bytecode verification or contract safety. Follow each result's evidence and review date.

Lookups are read-only. They do not collect new data or trigger upstream provider requests. The public API cannot approve or publish registry records.
